Work site projects and VBS (for real this time!)
Finishing the Railings
Our team split between two work sites today. One group went back to yesterday’s site and finished the yard work and the railing. It did rain on us, but they persevered through it! The other group went to a trailer to paint.
VBS - Wonder Junction
We began our VBS. Due to the holiday this weekend, we will only be having VBS for 2 days. Today and tomorrow. God brought us 21 kids for the after school VBS program. We did some music, skit, lesson (Simon taught on Jesus’ birth today), games, and crafts.
Our students ran all of these themselves Us adults got to sit back and watch.
Each night during Team Time we also evaluate how our days went and how we can improve for the next day.
Dinner Prep
For each meal, students are in charge of making us food. We are split into different groups. Tonight, the dinner prep group made spaghetti.
